Wuzhen On Memory Inn

Everything but particularly the host who went above and beyond. She was very present and willing to help. She really elevated our short stay and made sure we saw all the best sights.

It’s a little hard to find on maps but there are lots of nice people to help

The old lady was super friendly and welcoming. If not a language barrier, that would be the most amazing stay during the whole trip. We talked through translate. Location is perfect if you want to see both West and East side of Wuzhen. It is in the middle of narrow market street (outside paid area). Lady was super nice, helped us with everything she could. The room was upgraded for free with a view to the river . Also, the room was super clean and it looked like somebody is honestly taking care of it. She also gifted us a big bag of local cookies.

There is wifi but it worked poorly for us. The host didn't speak English. The hotel didn't communicate the location and it was hard to find just by looking at the address. I wrote the arrival time but when arrived it was locked (later host arrived) and it was all great.

Amazing. The lady host is really nice.

How hospitable the staff were. We were travelling with a one year old and they were super friendly and accommodating.

The owner of the place is a very good woman, she helped us with everything and always made sure we were cozy and warm. She even waited for the taxi with us on the street and always wanted to carry our big luggage by herself, a very nice person. The place is in a perfect position and it's not necessary to take transportation to the west or east area. Very recommended!

- The room is clean and the river view is exceptional - Very near the tourist attractions - Super warm, friendly and helpful landlord lady (she called a bike taxi for us to bring our luggage together to the tourist spot since we've been struggling to walk along with luggage on a rainy day)

- Need guidance from the landlord lady to the hotel as it's allocation not able reached by car, in between small paths ***This wasn't about the hotel. Just a warm warning to those who will travel there one day, there's a souvenir shop which is selling handmade bracelets and so by a young woman on nearby to the hotel (on the same street just a few shops away from the hotel), the Cinnabar she sells are not real items. We've been cheated to buy some. She'll use the real one prove to the customers meanwhile the selling goods are fake one.***

This is a little local gem in Dongzha (eastern part of Wuzhen) run by an incredible lady who makes sure you have everything and anything you need. The place was spotless, spacious rooms, with a river view. Location is excellent, in the most authentic part of Wuzhen, makes you feel local rather than a tourist. Our host provided us with some local snacks, helped us to get the luggage in and out, and also helped book a car with a driver. She is an amazing host - highly recommend!

It is a bit hard to find as street numbers don't match, but locals are super helpful, no issue at all:)
