Heel harde bedden.

The hotel is located close to a large shopping center, there is parking, it is very easy to get to the hotel, an excellent coffee shop is located right at the entrance, wonderful and helpful staff.

For coffee lovers guys like i was a little disappointed that you can't make your own coffee because ther is no kettle in the room . And have only 2 big towels per room. No small towels.

Pros: lovely large suite which was quiet with one double and a sofa bed. Yes, mattresses were on the hard side but that is something we are used to when going to different resorts. A good location with Robinson's just around the corner as well as plenty of eating places dotted around. Cons: the surround on the bath had mould and does need a good clean! In fact the resort would be better off taking out the bath and putting in a shower tray. The breakfast was very disappointing. Some fried eggs with hard yolks, chicken sausage and toast plus jam for western taste. Then a meat and veg dish and rice for Thai. Just orange juice and no fresh milk for coffee or tea. Only coffee mate. The suite had a kettle, microwave and fridge with crockery and cutlery but no actual coffee, tea etc. Yes, we would stay again and hope they have take the constuctive criticism on board. Could be so much better for a fairly modern resort.

Nice sized room, central location

There was no toilet paper in the room on arrival. Called reception expecting them to bring some…..No despite there being 3 staff there doing nothing, I had to go down to get it myself. The bed was uncomfortable The parking is limited The breakfast is limited and simple
