Mai Vy Hotel Tay Ninh

Hotel is new. Room is spacious and nice. The staffs are very helpful & friendly. The hotel owner is super efficient and informative during my stay there.

Satisfied with everything

we are 15 persons in group and booked under cancelable price (usd 10 higher) but hotel called and requested us to pay off immediately because hotel is fulled otherwise they will cancel our booking. This is very bad and disappointed . If we pay off in advance, they must charge cheaper non-refundable price.

The room was clean and spacious while not expensive.

Only one person could hardly speak English. She was helpful, but the other day another woman was there. I ordered a bus to Hi chi Minh with her help. She kept telling me “5 minutes, 5 minutes “ till the bus, but I had been sitting at the reception for 40 minutes in total.

No hot water in the bathroom, poor support with the arrival set-up (parking, luggage). Staff attitude has a lot of work to do. Most importantly the attitude of fixing problem was really bad. They only consider to solve the problem when we got angry and called them repeatly saying that our 6 years old daughter needs to have a shower before going to bed (finally none of us can have a shower!!!!).

This is a new hotel clean, no ants like the other hotels in tay ninh, good shower. Mini fridge
