+ 1. Nhân viên hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình. +2. phòng cách âm tạm hoặc do ít ng thuê cũng ko biết. +3. Có dép lào, áo choàng tắm +4. Có thang máy +5. Hướng đi lên núi Bà khá nhanh, 10km

-1. Không có bãi đậu xe trong nhà, mà để ngoài lề trước ks, nếu trời mưa thì ntn ! -2. Phòng rất nhỏ, ngộp, đi tới lui dễ đụng cạnh giường, tủ -3. Toilet nhỏ, loay hoay rất khó -4. Bồn rửa mặt thiết kế rất cao, khó thao tác. -5. Đi vòng vòng ks chưa thấy cửa hàng 24h nào cả. -6. Không có thùng rác ở khu vực giường ngủ, chỉ có 1 cái nhỏ trong toilet, ko đủ để rác tp, chai lọ... -7. sáng sớm 7g, nhà kế bên đập sửa đùng đùng, thức luôn (xui) -8. Giường 1m6 nhưng trong mô tả là giường đôi lớn ! Khả năng cao không quay lại.
