Villa 73 Unawatuna

The staff were incredible. They truly accommodated all our needs and went above and beyond. The house was also lovely and the location amazing. The breakfast? Chef's kiss.

The only thing that could be a little better is if we were closer to the beach, since we had to walk down a busy avenue. However, this really didn't affect us much, and the hotel was in a beautiful jungle space. Also, walking is good exercise.

Immaculate property. Very luxurious and comfortable. The staff were present 24/7 for our needs and security which was so helpful. Very delicious breakfast included! Very close to the beach, 2 mins in tuktuk to Unawatuna. 10 minutes to Galle Fort

Only criticism is it was hard to find (we arrived in the pouring rain) and it is up an alleyway to get to the front gates but the host was very kind and met us on the main road after calling

Good apartments for their price, clean and with bath

Cannot close the window in bathroom so every evening some mosquitoes are coming if you are tasking the bath Same breakfast every day ( it's same everywhere but would be good to have any options to chose) Some defects was in the room but they were not critical, host was ready to fix them. Need sign on turn to villa (hard to find on a small turn)

Room and the bathroom was very clean and very comfortable. It had all the amenities which has any star rated hotel would have. Spacious and cozy. Bathroom had a bathtub with a jacuzzi facility. Samodaya, the care taker cum manager took care of all the needs we wanted without a trouble. Breakfast was really good. More than what we expected. We met the owners as well. Very humble and polite. Very reasonable with the price as well. Overall, very good place to stay, work, or leisure. Highly recommend place.

There wasn't a pool but that didn't matter with the huge tub with the jacuzzi facility. When you are outside in the morning, you can hear the neighbors shouting and in the evening also when we were asleep, we heard some people are making noise outside the room.

Luxurious, clean and modern villa. Excellent service by Samo the housekeeper. He really tried to fulfill every wish and made great breakfast too! Comfy beds, quiet and powerful aircon and the jacuzzi with colorful lighting made for an interesting bubble bath evening 😄

We missed some nice furniture on the roof terrace, maybe lounge chairs and umbrella. Pool would be excellent. Nothing to criticize really...

Samo, the host was amazing. He always helped us if we needed something. The breakfast was perfect, we tried the traditional sri lankan breakfast also, and got amazing smoothies every day. The location of the Villa was also perfect, we reached the main beach by walk and the other ones by tuktuk. The room was clean, and looked like just like on the pictures. Highly recommended this accommodation for everyone :)
