Me pareció buen detalle que me llamaran para confirmar desde el hotel si iba a llegar. Creo que deben mejorar la señaléctica porque no se aprecia dónde están ubicadas las habitaciones. Los números de las habitaciones no se aprecian continuas. Me pareció que cobrar $100 pesos por depósito del uso del control de la TV creo que deben ser más inteligentes y considerar otro recurso para que el cliente no se sienta incómodo o forzado. Las rejillas del aire acondicionado son fijas y molestan porque dirigen el aire a las camas. Sería bueno que uno decida para dónde quiere que las rejillas funcionen.
