Very basic motel. The beds were hard even by Thai standards. It was a good value for price

Outstanding value. Simple but functional rooms. We were just staying overnight, traveling early. Prefect, not far from hwy 11. Lots of street food within walking distance. Security in the spacious parking lot.

Breakfast is very basic. Jok and coffee. Toast and jam. But for the price, it's a steal. Very comfortable.

It provided a convenient stop on our road trip between Chiang Khan and Chiang Mai. The rooms were clean and there was ample parking.

The advertised restaurant did not exist and, arriving at 7pm and hungry, we were directed to a local food market with very limited choices. There was water but no coffee making facilities in the rooms. Breakfast, unless you wanted rice soup, was toast on a saucer with a spoon to spread jam. Butter was carefully hoarded behind the reception desk and we were given one piece each, again to spread with the spoon. The rooms were clean but access to both balconies was prevented by an enormous bird net. The chalets at the back of the main building looked much better and even had some garden but sadly that was not our experience.

Nice Room, air con great, good bed, nice breakfast. Helpful staff. Free parking. Accepted reservation quickly.

No little shampoo and conditioner supplied like other places.
