Themed room, clean friendly staff lovely location

we stopped in the Kildale, exceptionally well appointed, renovated caravan. lovely location 20 minute walk to the stunning Runswick Bay. Port Mulgrave and Staithes are also pleasant walks from this location. Very quiet. highyly reommend this place.

So relaxing, the rooms are always beautiful and very clean!!

Very comfy and spotlessly clean. The rooms are all unique and have a huge jacuzzi bath. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was very nice and plenty of choice even though it was continental only. There is a regular bus service to Whitby and saltburn right outside the hotel. We. Loved it here and will definitely be back

The only thing w found slightly inconvenient was the shower was a difficult to use as you have to hold it while trying to wash as there's no holder or curtain so the water goes everywhere! But it is a minor thing and some rooms have a separate shower from the bath. It's worth telling the staff when you are booking if you have a mobility issue.

Just great! What a pleasant surprise - superb cavaran! Every little detail thought of ... all the cultery, pans, etc you could ever need, but - lovely furnisiings and full of thoughtful details - beautiful salt and pepper grinders! Just a really nice feeling that your presence was valued. The two staff members I met couldn't have been more genuine and friendly. Thank you!
