Водата Навсякъде беше с температурите които са написани и хотелът беше постоянно топъл навсякъде,а персоналът и отношението бяха много добре.Храната и оркестъра на ниво.

+ Изключително дружелюбен персонал, тези хора наистина знаят как да посрещат нуждите на гостите. + Водата в големия басейн и в трите външни топила е чиста, до малкия вътрешен не стигнахме. Халатите се ползват без допълнителна такса.

- Базата е чиста, но поостаряла. В стаята миришеше на цигари и леглата бяха твърде меки за предпочитанията ни. - Живата музика на вечеря беше доста силна, за да успеем да се нахраним спокойно. За щастие не е всяка вечер.
