The location was excellent.The grounds were really nice,and the surrounding countryside .The drive into the property was very soothing,One could relax very quickly ,very peaceful .Staff were excellent,the dining room staff member was excellent during breakfast time .A very good choice for breakfast ,homemade porridge with honey and strawberries plus lots lots more .We would definitely stay there again

Beautiful location by the tidal river. Hotel has character and is well presented. Staff were very welcoming & accommodating. Excellent breakfast & restaurant served good food.

Our room, while looking lovely, was too warm & without air-conditioning this meant our sleep wasn't as good as it should have been in such a nice place.

A very nice family run manor house /boutique hotel ,staff very friendly ,nice atmosphere in the building and lovely surroundings..Dinner and breakfast was v tasty ..

The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been ,bin in bathroom had dental floss and tissue in it and sink had used soap in it ,however the bedroom was very v clean and comfortable.

From the minute we arrived to the beautiful hotel we were extremely happy with everything from the staff and owners Lisa in particular was such a lovely lady ,our room was beautiful and dinner was fabulous we will be back very soon
