Nothing only the space

It’s not clean, water leakage inside the toilets, i booked 2 Bedroom apartments, with two toilets, they put two towels only, I asked them when I returned from Haram @9PM to request house keeping to clean the room, but the house keeping working only from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, one of the worst stays
