The cleanliness The service. They allow the restaurant guy to deliver the food to the room door.

Clean apartments, easy check in

No housekeeping despite asking at reception over 5 times. When staying with little kids for more than 2 nights, a basic clean up including emptying bins etc should be facilitated. This put me off and I likely wouldn't consider again
