"Overall upsetting."

Only the room size was good. Housekeeping was good, staff was prompt in providing things asked for.

No toiletries, no sleepers, no water was provided, until and unless asked for. It was a horrifying experience to realise that there is no shampoo when I went to take shower. We had to struggle for basic amenities. Overall, would not recommend anyone to this hotel. For everything they ended up charging, including breakfast.
