The Aures (formerly known as Keys Select The Aures)

Food was good. Bed was comfortable. Facilities were fine except that they were a bit old and worn.

Staff were a bit brusque. They need more training to handle customer service.

It looked good on the outside and the rooms look ok.

There was no hot water for the 2 days of my stay. Even after calling and letting them know they would just tell me to leave the water running till it turns hot. When it didn’t work after almost 2 hours they gave me a bucket of hot water with a tumbler.

The Hotel is close to railways station and well connected. Hotel surroundings are safe and good with many option to have food outside the hotel restaurants. My young kids enjoyed the stay very much. You can take city transports like Auto on the go as well.

The hotel bathroom water flow was not very smooth. With no bathtubs we wanted buckets which was provided only on second day of stay.

Despite charging so much amount, we had to ask provide toilet kit No warm water in room 512 washroom Room 505 have major plumbing issue- the water splashes hard and comes out of washroom messing the entrance. Wash basin has very poor water supply. I think plumbing needs a big overhaul there
