Hotel Büchner Garni

Das Hotel und das Personal hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Es war sauber das Frühstück sehr gut die Lage wunderbar

Gefallen hat mir nicht Als ich im Januar gebucht habe war in der Anzeige ein Restaurant und ein Pool abgebildet.deshalb habe ich das hotel gebucht um mit meinem Mann der im Rollstuhl sitzt ein schönes Restaurant habe wo wir Speisen können und ich mir nicht jede Mahlzeit einen anderen Ort suchen muß der Rollstuhl gerecht ist Aber es war beides geschlossen und schon lange Zeit. Das wurde aber von Booking com nicht angegeben.Ich habe alle Telefonnummern von Booking angerufen aber nirgendwo hatte man erfolg.Ich wollte einen Rabatt dafür.Der Chef vom Hotel hat ein paarmal dort angerufen und die Sache geschildert, aber die nicht einmal darauf reagiert. Es ist eine Schande. Ich werde niemals noch eine Reise bei Booking buchen. Der Hotel Besitzer hat sich dafür entschuldigt er wollte uns helfen den es ging nicht von dem Hotel aus Für mich war das somit ein Urlaub mit viel Stress und Ärger auch für meinen kranken Mann

the bathroom is awful. old dirty broken

The location was excellent stop over and the room facilities plus the kindness of the management. We liked the room offered and since we were by car - we arrived after 8 pm and the Family member was available on the phone to see us in to the hotel and sort any requirements. I would add much appreciated by both of us.

Everything was good. Great hosts, very clean and comfortable room, good parking and the best breakfast we had throughout our three week tour of Europe. Very satisfied customers.

Evening meal is not available but there is a really good restaurant just short walk away so no problem.

Good quiet location but in the centre of town .Good room with a park view ,good breakfast and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. The main building at the front is closed reception is round the side building.
