Nothing to like about staff was arrogant receptionist no available information about available rooms last minute cancellation of room

Firstly the staff are very arrogant from receptionist to worker no support from anyone. Receptionist dnt have any knowledge about available rooms leading to last minute cancellation. Experience was very poor.
