Beautiful room with a large bath and wood burning stove. Very comfortable bed. Firewood, lighters and kindling provided. Yoghurt, milk and granola for breakfast and nice touches including bath salts and high quality shampoo etc.

No staff present. Complicated entry procedure, and the room was not serviced. I had to text someone to ask for toilet paper and breakfast supplies for day 2, which showed up straight away but from a slightly disgruntled lady who I think was from the spa. At the entrance there was a cafe, with a promising menu of coffee and breakfast items. The cafe was closed throughout our 2 day stay. This was an expensive stay at over $800 for 2 nights, so I expected more.

The room was beautiful, it had a lovely & coming aroma. The spa bath was spacious and allowed for a relaxing time with the essentials oils and Himalayan salt that was provided. It was really nice to just sit by the fire and enjoy some time to ourselves.

The bed was a bit hard, but I understand that really comes down to preference as I prefer a softer mattress. We were a little confused on where we were suppose to go & there was a lack of staff.
