Free airport transport. Super friendly staff and owner. Clean rooms with necessary toiletries. Breakfast served to the room. Balcony view of aircraft landing and taking off—perfect for aviation lovers. Nearby restaurant with excellent Sri Lankan dishes like koththu roti and rice and curry.

Noise from nearby planes might disturb light sleepers. (Not for me at all)

I’ve traveled across Sri Lanka and met nothing but kindness and hospitality — except in this hotel. It was by far the worst experience I had in the entire country. I informed them clearly that I would arrive at 4 PM. I showed up on time, only to be left waiting outside in the heat for nearly 40 minutes. When I expressed frustration, the manager (a lady) responded sarcastically, saying, “So what? Some people wait over an hour.” Completely unprofessional and rude. also when I ride the care, there was a gecko in the car! as you can see in the picture! can you imagine the disgusting thing!! At checkout, my card (which works globally) had a temporary issue from my country’s side, and I didn’t have enough cash at that moment. Instead of trying to help or understand, the manager spoke to me with zero respect, blaming me entirely. The driver they use also became aggressive and acted like I was trying to scam them — while I had already sent the full payment via transfer. On top of everything, communication was difficult because they don’t understand English well, which made resolving the situation even harder. I’ve stayed at budget and luxury places across Sri Lanka — all were beautiful experiences. But this hotel was a disgrace to Sri Lankan hospitality. I would honestly rather sleep in the street than deal with people like that again. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

It was a clean big room, good air con, good clean bathroom, free pick up from the airport, The host was very professional, They sent me through WhatsApp picture of the pick up point at the airport, picture and contact number of the driver, who came quickly even if our flight was late at night. It wasn't too noisy either, I slept without earplugs and I only heard one plane. Room had water and the host offered us a hot drink upon arrival. Close to the airport, it was perfect as we landed late and left early the morning after and we just wanted some good hours of rest which we had.

Pick-up by hotel personnel after midnight worked out smooth. AC worked great! Breakfast was delicious. We were asking for a taxi or Tuk Tuk that would give us a tour. One of the hotel staff offered to give us a tour and also brought us to a great boat tour through the Negombo lagoon. It is a two-star hotel, so keep expectation accordingly!

Bathroom light didn't work.

Great room, clean and comfortable, near the airport and free drop off at the airport. They even prepared a little breakfast even though we had to leave early before usual breakfast time

Wifi was not the best...
