Nichts !!!!!!

Wir waren nur dort wegen Hurricane in Sri Lanka und weil wir auf unseren Flug warten mussten. Dreckig Unfreundlich Stinkt Duschen funktioniert nicht Kein Fenster

The hotel is near the airport, that's the only good thing about it. The staff is all about squeezing more money from you. The water in the shower is cold, no heater. We did not feel safe at all.

ich bin angekommen und hatte es eilig das war den Mitarbeitern komplett egal das Kartenlesegerät funktionierte nicht also habe ich denen meine letzten großen Schein gegeben den sie nicht wollten weil dieser geklebt war (ich habe ihn aber so von atm bekommen) lange Diskussion als ich denen gesagt habe daß sie mir den wieder geben sollen und ich mir was anderes suchen war das mit dem Schein auf einmal ok. das Zimmer dreckig und schimmelig aber für 4 Stunden ok. der Fahrstuhl war kaputt. Die krönung war das mein Zimmer nichtmal fertig war als ich angekommen bin und ich bin nicht früh da gewesen.

Close to airport

Upon late arrival (11pm) that was prior notified to staff over message, staff stated room had been given away 5mins prior. Told staff there is nowhere else for us to go due to current natural disaster happening, staff then laughed at us. Couple checked out and stated we could have to room that they have checked out of. We agreed as no other place to go. We had booked a 3 bed room and given a one bedroom for 3 people. Asked for price to be reduced as what we booked was 3 beds and we got one, waiting over 30 mins to get into room to wait for cleaning and room was dirty. Staff laughed at me and refused. I spoke with the manager on the phone during this and they hung up on me. Told us we could leave but we won’t find any place to stay. Room was dirty, marks on sheets and towels. No hot water in the room.

Die Lage war ok

Der Zustand der Zimmer. Kein Toilettenpapier, keine Handtücher, kein Duschgel, Wasser auch nach mehreren Minuten noch kalt. Im Waschbecken kein Wasserdruck. Irgendwo im Zimmer steht auf dem Boden ein Kühlschrank, der auch nicht gerade im hygienischen Zustand war. Schade alles
