Hotel Micalosu

vengo da tanti anni e ormai è come sentirsi a casa, lo staff è sempre gentilissimo e super disponibile. bellissima la terrazza con vista e il piccolo angolo fitness di fianco alla piscina dove ci si può rinfrescare.

The hotel rooms and shared spaces were great, lots of flowers and great views. The staff was very helpful too, and always happy to help. The pool was amazing and with fantastic views.

I believe the breakfast could be easily improved, I wasn't a big fan of the coffee machine, a real cafe coffee machine would have been ideal, as the filter coffee had not a very appetising look. There was no fresh fruit or nuts either, which would have been appreciated to pair with yogurts or to have on its own. In brief, it could have been a more Italian/Mediterranean breakfast and not so catered towards Dutch/German bread and ham breakfasts.

How warm and welcoming the staff were. From the receptionist to the maintenance staff, they were really helpful and polite. We enjoyed the quiet intimate atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. We would definitely recommend this for a nice traditional relaxing stay.

The only small things that we would look to improve would be. Maybe more fresh fruit selection at breakfast. The power of the hair dryer could have been stronger. We would have appreciated a kettle in the room. These are by no means deal breakers just small areas for improvement.
