The room was beautifully appointed, with a modern luxe style and many thoughtful touches. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and warm.

The great big comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the suite. They gave us clean fresh towels and cleaned on day two. Amazing.

I would have liked a tea towel and a shower cap. Very minor things,, I'm just an old lady. lol.

The rooms and amenities were absolutely amazing and definitely worth the money to stay.

Would have been nice if someone was there to greet you at check in instead of receiving a text message instructing you what to do on the day of arrival. Had to make phone calls to ask questions and the menu needs updating as there were things on the list that wasn’t available upon ordering.

Amazing staff, cleanliness, details in the room, reasonably priced minibar and the most important thing for us was the place being dog friendly

It was very contemporary and welcoming

Accommodation was wonderful, clean comfortable and very modern. Communication was excellent in advising entry to the property and very well stocked mini bar/fridge. Loved that the electric blankets were on warming the bed. Old style record player and vinyl records waiting to be played.
