All the staff from doorman to reception to housekeeping, restaurant and room service are very courteous, helpful and willing.

The property is dated, and while the surrounding gardens are stunning, the rooms are in severe need of maintenance especially electrical. The Aircon controls didn't work, the fan didn't work, the bathroom door wouldn't stay shut, the electric sockets were loose and ready to come off. Ofcourse on complaining, they immediately offered to change the room but overall it left a bad taste It's a lovely property but they need to urgently attend to maintenance issues

We like the gardens and the space around the hotel. The beds were very confortable. We got excellent customer service that exceeded our expections when we changed our booking dates. It is quiet. Khajuraho is small so walking is possible but it is a 2km walk to the main monuments. Very good value for money.

It was perfect for us.
