"Great apart from the breakfast staff total insulting and a disaster"

The hotel staff were great, management and reception desk staff. But the breakfast woman and person in charge was the rudest and anti foreigner that I have come across, in all my years in hotels across Europe both business trips and private. She alone brings the standard of this great hotel down.

The breakfast staff and especially the anti foreigner leader, she should never be aloud to work in such a great hotel.
