Very bad experience money was paid by me n booking was confirmed but oyo n hotel both are engaged in making fool the customer by committing cheating with customer. Only tk payment but at end when you reached at hotel then rooms are allotted and on contacting Oyo on customer care making again customer fool in the name of providing you alternative accommodation n it's grt scam in connivance of Oyo n property owner. All are involved in this extortion of money from the end of customers n for that both are responsible n both are liable to be implicated in a criminal case of cheating and harrassing the customers by taking there online payment on false promises
