Personal hatte mangelnde Deutschkenntnisse ( englisch half auch nicht weiter ) was zu unnötigen Komplikationen beim Check - In führte . Unkenntnis in der Handhabung der eigenen Datenverarbeitung wurde versucht durch Ignoranz zu vertuschen . Negativ Beispiel für fehlende Ausbildung und Schulung von Personal.
