De hulp en vriendelijkheid van de gastvrouw. Ze kon alles regelen en ging een stapje verder door extra dingen te regelen waardoor het een leuke ervaring was.

De kamer zelf was oke maar klein en er was geen raam.

The staff was so nice and helpful and gave recommendations of what to do around the area, I also got free snacks and fruit upon arrival and during my whole stay. The room was very clean and the facilities were beautiful!

The breakfast was incredible I was treated like a returning friend and was really comfortable there Noy went out of her way to make the experience special

It would be easier if I had a car but it was only 15 mins by taxi and the same cost to get to places in the city as when I got a taxi from more central hotels. So there was no real loss there

J'ai aimé la gentillesse et l'accueil de Noï, la quiétude du lieu, la qualité du lit, la simplicité.. Noï m'a enrobée d'attention et donne la sensation d'être chez une amie proche.. Elle m'a offert un très joli cadeau et m'a réservé un massage thérapeutique excellent !! Je reviendrai très vite et j'ai regretté d'avoir un budget limité sinon, je serais restée. Je recommande absolument de vous arrêter chez De Rose, si vous êtes à Chiang Maï.. Merci et à très bientôt..

L'eau de la douche n'est pas chaude et peu de débit. Je suis végétarienne et j'aurais aimé davantage de variété au petit déjeuner. Ça peut être un conseil pour les futurs clients végétariens. Ce n'est pas un reproche, juste une idée.. Une petite lampe de chevet serait également très utile..

Noi and staff are very friendly. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Possibility to stay with a dog for additional 150 baht per night

At least 20 minutes by car to the historical center, only 2 Thai restaurants for breakfast or dinner nearby. Rooms are small. No wardrobe in the room.

We had a wonderful time at De Rose Hotel. Noy and her staff have been so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The food was amazing, the rooms clean and comfortable and the location is only a 15-minute drive away from the city center as well as the airport!

La amabilidad del personal , todo muy bonito, limpio y organizado … los desayunos son los mejores, las recomendaciones y los toures, muy buenos precios … Han hecho de nuestros días en Chiang mai algo inolvidable, Noy es muy querida, nos permitió guardar las maletas mientras teníamos una aventura con elefantes.

Un poco retirado del centro histórico , pero en carro eran como 10 minutos

A anfitriã simplesmente é sensacional, cuidou de tudo desde a nossa chegada até no momento de ir embora para o aeroporto.
