"Outside of the city but very good"

Basic infrastructure, not very luxury but the host did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible, she is very helpful and sweet and tries to help her guests as good as she can, the room was small for a couple but we got a bigger room the next day and then we had a perfect stay

The friendly host, she prepared a delicious breakfast and lunch package when we made a day trip and tried to helpful with excursions and taxi etc…

Delicious and good breakfast. Lovely Staffs. Good decoration atmosphere. Have many brochures Chiangmai's tourist attraction.

De Rose isn't a kind of hotel. It is similar like a guest house. Furthermore, The entrance to this hotel has any obstacles cause of during the construction site. (small road). The SUV and vans cannot enter there.

Owner and staff were outstanding. Breakfast is the best I have had (included in the fee). It’s a very big, nice breakfast. Yum. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. The room was cleaned and tidied daily. It is located in a neighbourhood 8Km from the city making it nice and quiet.

"The hotel provides value for money."

The breakfast was excellent. The hotel owner Ms Noy take special interest in discussing it on the previous day and personally prepare it.

The room is very small and hence resulting congested. No table and replenishment of toiletteries arr poor.

Noy is very nice and helpful. She prepare mango sticky rice for each of us upon arrival and introduce places to visit. My daughter woke up very late and she missed the breakfast time. Not especially prepare a set of to-go omelette for her. We will miss her mango sticky rice!

"Super nice local vibe hotel outside the city"

The owner is extremely nice and you feel very welcomed. Breakfast is amazing - many options, every day something different, anytime you wake up.

Location - it was just too far from the city. Taxi didn't want to come and if you need to wait for a while. Tours will not pick you up there.
