Koh Yao Beach Front

It was just as the pics and description. Right on the beach, great breakfast and big practical room.

Not much not to like. It’s not advertised as all singing all dancing so wifi was sketchy at times and the shower didn’t really get hot. But we loved it.

Location was amazing, so quiet and secluded! Mina and Joe were great hosts Breakfast was the highlight, such fresh food!

lots of ants in the bed but it is a hut with gaps so what can you expect everything else is perfect , good breakfast

Very attentive staff who supported us with taxis, scooter rental and included breakfast. The property was in a beautiful location right on the beach. It was very peaceful and had seating there as well. The bungalow was spacious and the bathroom was great. Mosquito net was provided. And there was outside seating.

We loved our stay our only issue was lack of air con as it was quite hot, but this was expected. The fan did help.
