Близьке розташування до залізничного вокзалу.

Сніданки відсутні. Немає ліфта, тому готель абсолютно не пристосований для людей з обмеженими можливостями. Меблі і сантехніка в поганому стані. Білизна і рушники були не білі, як зазвичай в готелях, а були кольорові з "метеликами", тому не видно якість чистоти білизни. Погане освітлення кімнати. Біля ліжок відсутні світильники (щоб вимкнути світло треба вставати з ліжка). Валізи поставити нема куди (ставили на стільці).
