Reception inesistente, tutto per mail, a noi non ci ha inviato il codice per prendere la chiave della camera e abbiamo dovuto contattarla per telefono, dopo molto tempo ci ha sbloccato la cassetta e abbiamo potuto prendere la chiave ed andare in camera . Nei giorni di permanenza mai rifatto le camere .
