They did not keep the promise that you accepted to provide drivers accommodation complementary. It’s a kind of cheating . Very poor communication & understanding between property and booking.com

There was bad smell inside the hotel, and the room was not cleared properly, and bed cover & pillow was not clean and the quality of blanket was very poor.
