The staff were polite. That's possibly the only good thing about this place.

Let's see... The room was dirty, there were cigarette butts on the drain cover in the bathroom, the cups provided were dirty, stains all over the bedding and towel. I could keep going but you get the idea. Absolutely avoid this place at all cost.
