Staff members were courteous and helpful.

Booking. Com showed negligence. I booked 6 rooms with double occupancy, whereas booking. Com showed all as single occupancy. Hence we couldn't get complementary break fast for all. We were forced to pay addl charge for break fast for 6 persons

Stayed at hotel Bekal International two nights. Very pleasant and worth cherishing experience. The manager Mr Mohammed Abbas, a very friendly person ensured that our stay was comfortable. He helped in identifying places of tourist interest and proper mode of transport to such places economically. The Hotel has excellent housekeeping system and staffs are very cooperative and prompt in offering their service. My room was very clean and had beautiful ambience. The food was delicious. However for those who prefer to stay for two or more days will find the same menu for breakfasts a bit disappointing.

Repeat menu for breakfast.
