The cushiony bed

Pathetic bathroom conditions and the equipment doesnt work, no landlines to dial the front desk.. Not given any of the following things which are supposed to be part of the price.. 1. Towel 2. Soap 3. Brush and toothpaste 4. Shampoo 5. Clean Bed sheets and blankets Bed sheets and blankets were torn or burnt.. however were tucked in to make it look good which is a disaster. Thin Bedsheets were given as blanket. It's actually a lodge rather than sell it off as hotel..

The room, bed and bathroom were not clean. The room was smelling bad. There was no towels provided. Basic cleanliness was missing
