The hotel accepts international bookings, but when reach the property they don't accept international card payments. Luckily I had small amount of Indian currency helped me to pay them. The Manager at reception was sitting on the chair was very rude and doesn't gave a clue what's international payment is. Absolutely disappointing and disgraceful for business want promote their property international but serving the client with local mentality. The Manager wants me to contact bookings.com customer service to find out why I was not given information about the non acceptance of International card payments. The Manager needs to be sacked and some should appointed who has worked with international clients and payments. Until they improve it's no go place to international customers

Despicable customer service, the reception manager's rudeness and non understanding of international customers and payment system. By promoting cash only payment I feel some money laudering going on, since most of the customers don't bother asking for an invoice.

Again Good stay but.... Disappointed when I brought my sister and she was not able to stay and I have to afford a seperate room in another hotel

Good stay and staffs are friendly. Restaurant available in ground floor and food is tasty
