The staff was kind, helpful and friendly, the weather was sunny, the location is calm, the hotel is comfortable

Some things were broken and need to be fixed. Wifi didn't work.

Great swimming pool and BBQ facilities for hot days.

The spa bath in the room takes a long time to fill and the air coming out the jets makes it cold quickly. This was in winter though.

A little remote place on a hill, away from the hustle & bustle of the city. It really feels as if you are in nature. Many birds, plants and quietness. Very friendly staff, and helpful to get take away delivered for dinner. The even provide quite a selection of snacks in the mini bar, as shops are a good 20-25min walk.

Mystique was the one room without any window that could open. Nor any air-conditioning. It was okay to keep the door open, but would have been nicer to get some air flow during the night.

The view was 1 of the BEST!! day and night! the pool is big enough to catch a good swim and everything was clean. staff was helpful.

first it was scary to get there, we really think it would be better specially for the tourism to have a special offer to get you there utvs or jeep style bcs its a very high and sharp way. second one of the staff robbed one of our bags. never knew who it was, we didnt had infomation that the room they gaved us was rainy inside, half of our stuff got wet. they needed to move us inmediately thanksss to , that night were atleast 1 more room available. plus the check out was at 4pm and they wanted to check mi out at 2pm because they wanted to gave it to other clients ASAP. plus wanted to charge me extra, meanwhile we paid for 2 days did not ask for refund, and THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME EXTRA, but they didnt thank to my reasobly acttitud.

More chaise lounges are needed at the pool. Loud music at the pool and in the rooms should be turned down after 9:00 pm. This would make for a more serene, relaxing experience.
