I would have rated -1 if there had an option to do it . i went for check up of my father so I had booked a place where we can take some rest. as I would be in hospital for all day long. When i reached the hotel location I couldnt find hotel even the person standing just below the hotel didnt knew that it was aman residency then i called the number given and owner confirmed it the right place. there is a big tree at the entrance . Entrance is nothing but a steep stairs of Iron . its very difficult to climb those stairs even for a young person like me . There was no towel in the hotel . No food service , have to order from swiggy zomato or call to restorent for delivery. You wont even get the tea there. Wifi was working on dead slow speed you cant even open google for searching the near by hotels. Lot of mosquitos . Pics of hotel are misleading , the actual if very different from the pics. I reached early to hotel and the owner allowed me for early checkin so i was happy but when i entered in the property i was like what is this . and i just stayed there for hardly 1.5 hours 8AM to 9:30 AM and left the hotel to have some snacks and went to hospital and came back from hospital in evening and picked up my bags from hotel checked out from there and then checked into other better hotel . I didnt want to give this review to owner on his face so i better preferred to just tell him that my work is done and i am checking out and is it possible if you can refund some amount , which he denied and i was ok with it . I knew that.
