Hotel Ioana

The staff is very friendly, always smiling. I have just good world about the employees.

The refrigerator it was rusty, one wall is looking bad, the doors are not in a good condition. The shower wasn’t cleaned properly, I found hair on the shower. it’s a bit noisy because they have a car wash next to the hotel.

It was clean and the staff was friendly.

Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. Even the linens were made of a very strange material that felt like sleeping in plastic. The hotel was extremely noisy. We could not sleep AT ALL, we jumped out of bed several times because the noises in the hotel were very loud and strange I could say( people slamming the doors and all the walls were shaking, the cleaning lady vacuuming the hallway at very early hours, people screaming on the hallway, train and traffic noise from the outside). Moreover the AC is positioned very wrong, directed towards the bed, which is not good for health if you want to keep it open all night. We could not sleep because of the heat as well, and opening the windows was another problem due to outside noise.

All good. Good location 5min from train station, not too far to the beach. Lots of car washers around.

Stayed for one night. All was good.

The staff of the hotel left me a very good impression. The front office/receptionists and housekeeping staff were really kind and ready to help you. The twin room was really clean and modern having all the facilities which were in the description from the site. Also, the hotel is close to the center of city and the train station. I would return to stay here for sure.

The bathroom was enough large. The room quite clean, towels change was ok

Cigarettes smell in the furniture, room walls etc.. Too noisy room, hotel too close to one of the Main Street… no lift to the second floor as we had big luggage and nobody helped us…we asked about iron and we have it just for few hours…
