Nice location, near sandy beach, but definitely not a 4* hotel. The staff and the manager were very nice and tried to do their best to make our stay pleasent.

Definitely not a 4* hotel. The food was poor, a strange smell in the restaurant. The beverages also had a strange taste, we couldn’t drink juices or water. The coffee also not good. I stayed on the second floor and there was no water pressure or hot water in the evening.

Hotel was modern and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful sandy beach close by at St Spyridon with a fabulous restaurant serving amazing food and the wonderful friendly staff.

Food was very poor. Lacked variety. Very bland. The taxi situation was a nightmare!! Myself and 12 year old daughter found it extremely difficult to get taxis to and from the hotel, waiting hours at times. We were almost stranded in Acharavi one evening, were told by several taxi companies that there would be no taxis for the rest of the night as all at the airport. Luckily we managed to wave one down several hours later otherwise I don’t know what we would have done as we could not have walked the dark road with no footpath back to the hotel.

Hygiene was a big NO, the hotel smelled like urine, there was ants everywhere, bed, bathroom, towels etc Staff where rude. Got kicked out of my room before my check-out and all my belongings were thrown in the bin, this happened while I was at breakfast at 9am ( checkout was 11am), staff where very unprofessional including the general manager very rude and unprofessional, I’ve truly never come across anything like it. Food was bland nothing special, food from DAYS before would be put out, was very uncomfortable around the hotel as there would be looks and comments by staff especially if you were alone, the gym is falling apart very dangerous, overall I wouldn’t recommend it save your money.

We couldn’t tell you as we arrived at 3am and were told the hotel was over booked and sent us to a sister hotel. I was on my own in a hire care with three teens. Needless to say it was not ideal to have to drive another 45 mins at 3am

I was not informed earlier that I would be in a different hotel! This would have saved a lot of drive time

Rooms are clean and fresh.

Coffee makers were out of order.

Great hotel, very nice and competent staff, amazing food, cool bar, entertainment for kids, clean and comfortable room, great beach 5 minutes away. Thank you very much, Laguna!
