The hotel’s entrance is on Newton Street. Please bring a passport or government issued photo ID along with a credit card for the lead guest. Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival. Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee. Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Recent photo ID may be required to verify the age of adults. To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required. Bookings of six or more rooms must be made with the easyHotel Group Bookings Team. Dogs up to 24 in are welcome, with a maximum of two per room for an additional fee payable at check-in. "Its Great IF You Get A Good Price"

We dropped our bags off in the room, left to watch the England match, came back and showered/slept and checked out the first thing in the morning. For around 55pounds we could not have wanted more and it was the perfect price. I would be very disappointed IF I had paid the 200+pound price that was being asked for the weekend though. The room is basic BUT it is clean and the beds were comfortable and the linens were crisp. We were in the basement level so you do see the feet walking on the street. The location was easy to find and was close to many places to eat and drink. I stayed in the location in Belfast and was very impressed with that location.

Again, I have no complaints for the purpose of our one night stay with the price.

"Even budgie hotels shouldn't squeak as much as this one!"

The rooms were in an old conversion and the noise insulation between floors was poor. Combined this with squeaky floor boards and the people above me walking around in the small-wee hours and you get an interrupted nights sleep.
