I had a huge double room and bathroom. Lots of hot water and huge shower. Room heater was great as it is cold in January Really helpful staff re SIM cards and local info.

Area was a bit full on as a solo female traveller but as soon as I met with others it was fine

Food available on street level and through the restaurant. Room service for food, value was exceptional. Portions were large for single serving.

A lot of things could have been better but none were under the control of the hotel.

The staff were very kind to advise us about who to talk to and trust in the neighborhood. There is a terrace where you can have a nice breakfast. There are many small shops nearby where you can buy drinks or snacks. They take credit cards.

We booked a room for three people and it only had two beds. We had to ask for a cot and it was extremely hard. The room had no window.

Hotel ambience and infrastructure is good. The thing that make the hotel a worst choice is it's staff members, particularly the receptionist named Sanjay Sharma . His behaviour is unacceptable and abusive towards the customer. He does not know how to treat the customers. The hotel management should fire him or the hotel's reputation will be affected.

I HAD BREAKFAST THERE AND IT WAS SO TASTY AND THERE WAS PLAENTY OF ITEMS TO EAT SPECAIL THANKS TO THEIR FRIENDLY STAFF . WILL VISIT AGAIN AND VERY SOON I WIULL ALSO RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO MY FRIENDS

NOTHING... EVERYTHING WAS FINE. I ENJPOYED A LOT AND MADE MANY MEMORIES HOTEL WAS SO CLEAN AND VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. WELL THERE IS ONE SLIGHT ISSUE WITH THE PARKING AS IT TAKE MORE TIME TO GET A CAR THROUGH VALLET

Staff were very helpful, especially the room service people. The guy changed our additional bed for us when we felt that the single mattress with a fold was uncomfortable. Very polite and helpful.
