The location is fantastic, the room is very large with a big bed, it was clean. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nha Trang.

The host is simply an amazing person, very good vibes and always ready to help. The hotel is in a very good location, close to restaurants, shops and a short walk to the beach. The room is big and bright, with plenty of light and everything works, like air condition, fridge, showers, also have electric socket near the beds and the room is clean. Every day the room is made up and they give you fresh towels too. There is always somebody at reception ready to assist.

The hotel let me have early check in with FOC. The room location is perfect. It near every thing I need.

The window was tiny and there was some issues with the electricity, we didn’t have electricity for 4 hours on our last day.

There’re heaps of mosquitoes. The staff doesn’t speak any English and nothing is said during check-in. The room smells cigarette, a lot of stains on the bedsheets and the person next room coughs and plays tv really loud. They let me change room at 12. I found WiFi info and first bottle of water is free in the brochure in the room. But before I left they charge me 30,000 for 2 big bottles of water(500ml). I have no idea because I’m told nothing and it doesn’t mention in the brochure, the small bottles are like 250ml. Again the number of mosquitoes in the rooms is insane I kill 5 per night and still get bitten. I book this hotel based on the reviews so I’m surprised

Nicest hotel I’ve stayed in so far, well looked after and I didn’t want to leave. Facilities were great. I arrived very early hours before check in and one of the receptionist ladies kindly let me sleep on one of the spa chairs for a couple of hours until they had to open the spa for the public. A lovely gesture and much appreciated as I was very tired and out of sorts.

I feel like the drinks and snacks shouldn’t be put into the room unless they’re free with the stay, just a personal preference. I had to remain in the lobby once I checked out whilst a member of staff went to look to see what I had whilst staying in the room. They then called the front desk to let them know how much to charge me.

Very clean room with daily housekeeping at a perfect location in the center, a few minutes from the beach, the night market, and everything else you might look for. The bathroom is very spacious, with a big separate shower with good pressure. All the facilities in the room were modern and good. The huge bed was made up of two king mattresses, one was very comfortable while the other was average. Wifi was strong and solid. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming, from the receptionists to the housekeepers to the night time security guard. The value for money was really great during my stay, for a very low cost compared to everything else around.

The room doesn't have a window to the outside, only a window to an inner space in the building, so no view or natural light in the room was the only disadvantage. However, this also helps keep the room super quiet, even with its very central location.

Ac wasn’t that strong so room was quite hot all the time
