Good staff members especially the waiters who are very friendly. As well as the cleaners are very polite but lack of English communications due to communication barrier.

There was an issue with the plumbing system of the hotel. There was a bad smell coming out from the toilet that was not good for our health. But when we are almost leaving the hotel, on that day. The bad smell was a bit alright and the issue was been solved.

La ubicación, cerca de todo lo importante en Medjugorjie. Las instalaciones del hotel son excelentes, nuevas, muy cómodas. Bar-Restaurante las 24 horas, desayuno excepcional, el restaurante variado, de calidad y buen precio. El personal muy amable. Lo super recomiendo!!!
