Orchard Hotel Davao

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel because it is close to my conference venue as well as other establishments like SM Lanang. The place was very refreshing, and I really liked how the rooms were set up. Overall, I love this place.

The fact that it doesn't have an elevator. My knees are really not that well. An elevator would have help. However overall I still enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

We liked the location along JP Laurel St. There is a 7-11 nearby and Robinsons Cybergate is also nearby. We also liked the parking at the back of the hotel. It is our 2nd time to book here because it's value for money.

There is no elevator. That is why I always asked if we can be on the 2nd floor. It is not disabled friendly. There is no basic amenity in the room like glasses for drinking or coffee cups. There is free hot and cold water along the hallways but if you did not bring your glass or cup it is also useless.

The location is accessible.

Poor service, impolite and inconsiderate staff, not clean room, no toiletries, no wifi.
