Awesome place to stay with family

The room was worst.It smells badly,Tv was not working and they arenot much expert to start the TV.We keep on insisting to change the room.but they don’t respond and at night near about to sleep approximately 11:30pm they are calling back to back to change one room where we are having two rooms

If they change the room at appropriate time

Polite staff. Good rooms. Clean property. And excellent breakfast. Definitely worth visiting again.

Food ordered via room service could have been better.

Undoubtedly a good hotel. Little expensive in comparison with the facilities offered. Overpriced by about 15% since there is no gym, massage is outsourced. It's not being fair to the customers to charge excessively. Food, services are very good. Overall, even at a high price, good experience.

Add facilities like gym, Massage rooms and a small area for reading with select reading material. Add Driver accommodation on a token charge to make the stay comfortable. Add f&b services for drivers at a token charge. The existing free facilities may continue for those who are okay with the same. The younger generation of drivers have different expectations.

The breakfast staff was amazing in making sure i knew what options were available and helping me make good choices. They were alert and attentive to my needs, especially coffee. The food was delicious. I love the garden for dinner and had wonderful meals that included things I had never tried. Again, I could not have been happier with the staff.

Only the pigeon mess every morning on my terrace. And the planters not being full, which may have been a contributing factor. I was assured steps are planned to address this.
