Отдыхали в начале мая с подругой, и я в очередной раз убедилась, почему всегда выбираю именно его ❤️ Но в этот раз меня особенно поразила невероятная чистота. Уже когда мы только подошли к отелю, было видно, насколько всё ухожено и аккуратно. А когда зашли внутрь — я просто была в восторге: всё идеально чисто, красиво, свежо, каждая деталь на своём месте. Мы приехали в субботу рано утром и даже не рассчитывали на быстрое заселение, но нас заселили буквально через полчаса, ещё до обеда — это было очень приятно после дороги. Когда мы зашли в номер, нас ждал приятный сюрприз — комплимент от отеля ❤️ А ещё на ресепшн нам дали карточку на бокал вина, который можно было использовать в любое удобное время. Такие мелочи создают особую атмосферу заботы и внимания к гостям. Отдельно хочу отметить персонал. Абсолютно все сотрудники были очень внимательными, доброжелательными и заботливыми. Постоянно интересовались, всё ли у нас хорошо, нужно ли что-то, чувствовалась искренняя забота о гостях. И, конечно, завтраки — просто шикарные! Очень вкусно, большой выбор и всё свежее. Очень люблю этот отель и с удовольствием буду останавливаться здесь снова и снова. Искренне рекомендую

"Great relaxing stay"

Food was excellent. Spacious room with great view of the Dead sea. Very good staff, especially in dining, full marks 1000%. Proximity to sea is great, amenities. Have regular outdoor pool and indoor seawater pool.

As an older person, the bed wasn't as comfortable as I'd have liked, although acceptable. The corridors look a bit shabby now and need a refurbishment. Rooms also need a refresh, but ok. Cleanliness of the room on arrival could have been improved.
