Friendly staff and cheap

Beds are quiet hard to be honest

Great location for those visiting Ebisu Circuit. I was there for 3 weeks initially then decided to extend another week. The staff were extremely helpful throughout my stay and helped to make sure I was able to keep the same room for the extended period. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. It was nice they don't serve exactly the same food every day, there's some variety added in each day. The coin laundry was very useful, every time I went to do the washing there was at least one machine available - could have just been luck but they had 4 machines in the standard laundry room then I believe extra women-only machines in the changing room for onsen. I really like the eco-cleaning plan they have, where you can choose eco-cleaning and they gift you free drink tokens.

Nothing to note that was an issue. It would be nice if there was a coin-changing machine in the laundry but each time I asked the staff to change a note into coins it was easy and quick.

脱衣場で貴重品の対処のしかたを書いたものがあったが、脱衣場に入る前もしくは、チェックの時に分かるようにして置いて欲しい

Spacious and clean with really good breakfast included

Everything was perfect so nothing I didn’t like about the property
