Staff are very friendly & accommodating. Great location.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to great transport links, food and an ideal pick up location to key cities. The hotel food is fantastic. The rooms are of an international standard. Most of all, the staff are extremely friendly, hospitable, attentive, warm and very caring and hardworking. We even extended our stay here at the last minute and this was accommodated for in the most efficient way.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the property. Everything met and exceeded my expectations.

We don’t like the service, miscommunication between day and night staff i can say no communication between day and night staff at all,they don’t pass the information to the other staff. Which causes stress to the guest .they don’t even know what to do. I booked 3 days stay for my parents.i sent out my bro to pay the full payment pre check in.they said they can only take payment on the check out than night shift manager came in mid of the night ask for payment.next again i sent my bro to pay the payment but same thing happened again.My dad went out in the night to take money from ATM. Even my bro left his mobile number and request them to call whenever they ready to take payment. But they made more hassle to my parents Room was dirty as well i don’t know how they get 3 star Level rating for the hotel. My mum fell in the shower because of slippery floor.which is big hazard and no ones care about that at hotel .I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

The location and the room size only.

The pillow have a lot tiny hair and even i have breakfast with my booking but they are keep refusing it. They are saying it's not you have to pay if you want breakfast. Front end lady want me send the email for her . I show them my booking details even they don't understand. So I just left the table and order my own food. It's really very very poor behaviour.

Location was good. Had stayed hear 4 years back and we really liked the hotel But this time disappointed 😞

The rooms and bed wear dirty. We had to tell them to change the bedding. Staff of house keeping were not available at night when we checked in. The reception guy was doing all the work. Breakfast too was not upto standard. Service was slow and unprofessional.

Good standard of facilities, friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant food is excellent and the rooftop bar was great. A comfortable stay in a great location. Will definitely return.

No hot water on one of the days, restaurant wasn’t cleaned overnight so messy in the mornings and the cleaners were working while you were having breakfast.
