Good location

Tiny room. The ad on booking.com said it was supposed to be a queen room, but it came with a full size bed that was very bouncy, the sheets were scratchy, the shower drain was extremely slow. The bathroom was not that clean. The toilet seat was child sized and uncomfortable. Noise from a massive amount of birds started about 4 am and continued until dawn. I don’t feel like I got what I paid for.

This hotel has the perfect location for exploring Panajachel and taking lanchas to other pueblos around the lake! The staff, especially Francisco, were INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful. They even kept my bags for me for a few days while I stayed in other towns. He also helped arrange my shuttle to the airport and back and communicated very effectively when my flight was severely delayed. Don't hesitate to book!

I enjoyed being on the main street and how helpful the staff was.

Tip: travel with ear plugs. Not specific to this location but in general I am finding walls thin as I travel in Guatemala.

I love this little hotel and the staff is super accommodating. I’ll be back next time I’m in town!

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and easy to find. The staff is wonderful, even calling me by name. The complementary breakfast is delicious! They provide water to keep bottles filled. They are perfectly located on the main street, Calle Santander, but none of the rooms face the main street. The hotel is just a 4-5 minute walk from the boat launches. I really enjoyed my stay here and you will, too!
