"pretend to be an Hotel but are more like a B&B . front desk open only from 8:00 to 20:00 , be careful"

my booking was canceled and charged as i didnt turned up until 21:00. I checked all information on that hotel, no indication of the reception not being open 24/7 , booked at 16:00 , received a confirmation informing that the restaurant is open until 20:00. as i was facing strong delay i called the hotel at 20:30 , no response after waiting in the queue , tryed afaing later , left a message , sent a message via the app. No response except the information at 21:30 that they have a nonshow and will debit my credit card ! send further messages .. no responses. terrible
